Shipping policy

Orders will be processed within 1-2 days of placing the order on business days, Monday-Friday. Orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed the following 1-2 business days. Custom items can take 5-8 business days to process.
Pre-Order items can take 7-14 business days to process as they are NOT ready to ship. While we aim to beat those timeframes, some scenarios will need the full time.

Shipping and Delivery Times:

USPS First Class Package- Allow 1-3 business days. 

Unpredicted weather and holidays may delay packages. USPS complications are beyond our control and may cause additional delays. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES. IF YOU ARE MISSING A PACKAGE, YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
